Our fees
Our flat-rate monthly fee per employee ranges from US$400 to US$1,600, depending on the jurisdiction. This includes full project management of payroll, compliance, and HR administration.
Foreign Employer vs EOR
In select countries, foreign companies may hire local staff directly without an EoR or permanent establishment. In these cases, we assist with Foreign Employer (FE) or Non-resident Foreign Employer (NFE) registration, including obtaining tax and social security numbers and managing compliance.
Let’s find the right solution for you
Whether you need a fast entry into new markets or a long-term employment strategy, we will help you identify the optimal approach and manage your workforce with confidence.
Additional considerations
In some jurisdictions, employing staff may trigger permanent establishment status, requiring registration for corporation tax and VAT. Our Accounting and Tax team will guide you through these requirements and manage ongoing government reporting.
As your workforce grows, we can support your transition to a locally registered entity with in-house HR and finance teams – ensuring long-term cost efficiency.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
What is an Employer of Record (EoR)?

An EoR enables you to hire employees in new countries without setting up a local entity. This accelerates market entry, reduces legal risk, and simplifies compliance with local employment laws. -
What is included in your EoR service?
- Local recruitment and onboarding,
- Visa sponsorship,
- Employment contract drafting,
- Payroll and tax management,
- HR administration and benefits,
- Compliance with local labour laws.
-
What are the benefits of using an EoR?
- Faster hiring in new markets,
- Reduced setup costs,
- Full legal compliance,
- Access to competitive benefits,
- Lower risk of misclassification penalties.
-
How much does EoR service cost?
We charge a flat-rate fee per employee per month, ranging from US$400 to US$1,600, depending on the jurisdiction. -
Can I hire both contractors and full-time employees through an EoR?
It depends on the jurisdiction you’re considering but, typically, yes. If you want to transfer your contractor to full employment, it’s possible in most jurisdictions. However, you can speak to our experts to receive a tailored solution to your specific needs. -
Do I still manage my employees if I use an EoR?
Absolutely. You retain full control over your employees’ roles, responsibilities and performance. We handle the legal and administrative aspects. -
What’s the difference between an EoR and a PEO?
An EoR is the legal employer in the host country and assumes full compliance responsibility. A PEO (Professional Employer Organisation) shares employment responsibilities but requires you to have a local entity. PEO is predominantly used in the USA, while EoR is more commonly used in rest of the world. -
How quickly can I onboard employees through EoR?
Onboarding can begin immediately after signing the service agreement. Timelines vary by country, but our process is designed for speed and efficiency. In most of the cases, it would take around two to seven working days, excluding time required by local authorities to issue the work pass. -
Will using an EoR trigger permanent establishment?
In some jurisdictions, hiring staff may trigger permanent establishment status. -
Can I transition from EoR to a local entity later?
Yes. As your business grows, we support your transition to a locally registered entity with in-house HR and finance teams. -
Is EoR suitable for startups and SMEs?
Definitely. EoR services are ideal for startups and SMEs looking to test new markets without the cost and complexity of setting up a legal entity.
