7.	Healy Consultants will present the company’s Memorandum and Articles ('estatuts' and 'rao social') to the Government ('Andorra Govern') in a petition ('suplica') for incorporation.
8.	Healy Consultants will pay the full share capital up in advance of incorporation. This amount will be deposited with an Andorran bank in a designated company incorporation type account. The bank will then release a special certificate, addressed to the designated notary, responsible for concluding incorporation formalities.
9.	Healy Consultants’ Incorporation Team receives an email of the Certificate of Incorporation from the authorities. Our team will immediately email the same to you.
10.	Upon receipt of original client signed corporate documents, Healy Consultants couriers a company kit folder (to our client’s preferred international address) containing the following corporate documents:
	i) Original copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
	ii) An original bound copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
	iii) Original share certificates;
	iv) Client feedback form.
