The office is a modern, fully functioning 100 sq ft unit ideal as a full-time company headquarters or as a 'home away from home' for frequent business visitors to Singapore. Our rental comes equipped with wireless Internet and printing capability, as well as telephone connection, fax and air conditioning. Clients also have use of boardroom facilities complete with wireless projector and Internet connection. Only material, telephone and fax costs are borne by the client.

Because you are leasing directly from Healy Consultants, you can be sure of excellent service and high property maintenance standards. Furthermore, clients are assured of confidentiality. In accordance with our statutory obligations, we protect personal information and personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure throughout the rental period.

The office is available around the clock and not limited to Healy Consultants' office hours. Clients are free to enter the office premises at any time, and will be issued a four-digit PIN to access the office door outside business hours.

Singapore Office space is available on a short- or long-term lease arrangement, and is therefore a flexible solution for some clients. Our 150 sq ft units are available for $2,000 Singapore dollars per month, all inclusive. Healy Consultants also collects US$1,500 from clients as a refundable security bond.
