Code of conduct policy at Healy Consultants

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected of our employees. It is designed to assist staff to understand their responsibilities and obligations, and to provide a set of principles that gives guidance on expected behaviour, unacceptable behaviour, and conflict resolution in the daily workplace. Staff are encouraged to read this policy regularly. The principles of this Code of Conduct policy apply to all Healy Consultants employees.

  1. While working in Healy Consultants Group and with multi-national Clients, our staff will conduct themselves in a professional way and with honour and integrity;
  2. Each staff member is responsible for the timely delivery of high quality deliverables to our Clients and to the Management Team;
  3. When on office premises and during office hours, the needs of the Client and our Firm take priority. Personal matters must be attended to outside office hours;
  4. Staff to fast reply to e-mails from i) multi-national Clients ii) their colleagues iii) the Management Team iv) international banks and v) international governments;
  5. Staff to timely, accurately and completely reply to Government mail;
  6. Staff to timely, accurately and completely raise to the Management Team problems and solutions impacting multi-national Clients which impact our firm;
  7. Staff will not expose Healy Consultants Group to litigation, financial and reputation risk, including government fines and penalties;
  8. All employees are expected to be at their designated workplace and ready to work no later than 8.55am, and lunch breaks are to be taken between 1pm and 2pm. Staff are expected to follow accurately the office timings as per their employment contract;
  9. Healy Consultants has an established casual business dress code. All staff are expected to project a professional image to customers and potential employees;
  10. There is zero tolerance for negativity in the Healy Consultants workplace, including negative comments or e-mails about the firm, the management or other employees. Employees are expected to give due respect to Healy Consultants and their co-workers, both in and out of the workplace;
  11. There is zero tolerance for direct or indirect threats, personal insults or otherwise aggressive communication or e-mails between staff at Healy Consultants, and this type of unethical behaviour must be reported to the management. Healy Consultants strives to work as team with respect and trust for each other;
  12. Harassment will not be tolerated. We are committed to providing a workplace free of harassment based on personal characteristics, such as gender, race, ethnicity, colour, religion, culture, medical condition, age etc. We must treat co-workers, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect;
  13. All staff with a designated department manager are requested to seek the help or guidance from their manager before directing questions or comments to the Managing Director. Staff who require assistance of another department must approach the relevant department manager with their requests, and not the individual employee unless there is an emergency;
  14. While the Managing Director has an open door policy, all staff are requested to accumulate their queries to reduce daily visits to no more than one in the morning and one in the evening. Less is more;
  15. Information on individual salaries is to be kept confidential to avoid misunderstanding and only to be discussed with the Managing Director or the Human Resource Director at an appropriate time.
  16. A breach of the above policies and procedures will result in an employee warning;
