Getting ready for the exerciseFind a quiet place to sit or lay downAllow myself to just be for a minute Just surrender to what is Notice my thoughts, watch them for a while Without judgement, fully allow my thoughts to come and go as they do Notice my body, watch the different body sensations I have Without judgement, fully allow the body sensations to be as they are Welcome and allow all thoughts and emotions It is ok for me to have these thoughts and feelings and body sensations Give myself permission to fully experience a feeling or feelings Invite those who came before me and ask for their help and support and guidance
