International Property Loans

We have obtained international property loans for clients situated around the world, enabling them to purchase real estate in Singapore, Australia, the UK, the US and other selected markets. The following is a summary of our services in this area:

Healy Consultants works closely with leading international retail banks in Singapore and Hong Kong (including DBS Bank or UOB Bank in Singapore, or ANZ Bank), and the majority of the international property loan products we suggest to our clients come from banks in these cities. Because of our excellent working relationship with these lenders, our staff are able to effectively and efficiently project manage the entire mortgage application from start to finish.

Our client initially advises us the amount of finance required, as well as the property location. Based on this, our staff shop around for the optimum international property loan.

Healy Consultants will then arrange for an officer from a bank to visit our offices to explain the loan product in greater depth. If the client is not present in the meeting, our staff will clarify terms and conditions of the property loan and will then make a recommendation to our client.

Our banking staff prepare an international property loan application on our client's behalf. The completed application form is couriered to our client for his signature and returned to us.

Our banking staff submit the loan application to the bank, along with supporting documents. We will follow up with the bank on the application, and will assist our client in furnishing additional information if required. For example, if required we will prepare business plans and cash flow projections to increase the probability of international mortgage approval.

Healy Consultants informs our client when bank loan approval is confirmed. At this stage many of our clients then request Healy Consultants assistance in opening personal and corporate bank accounts to receive rental income and settle loan repayments.
