Hong Kong Company Registration

Healy Consultants will legally complete the Hong Kong Company registration process within seven working days. It is not necessary for our clients to visit Hong Kong during Hong Kong Company registration. Typically, Hong Kong Company registration procedures evolve as follows:
1.	Prior to Hong Kong Company registration, our client and Healy Consultants agree the legal, tax and accounting implications of setting up a Hong Kong Company;
2.	Our client and Healy Consultants agree Company name and the optimum corporate structure including shareholders and directors;
3.	Healy Consultants prepares Hong Kong Company registration documents for our client's signature and returns it to us;
4.	Healy Consultants liaises with the Hong Kong Registrar of Companies and completes Hong Kong Company registration;
5.	Following Hong Kong Company registration, Healy Consultants provides our client with a complete Company kit including i) original Certificate of Incorporation ii) a bound copy of a Government approved Memorandum & Articles iii) original share certificates iv) an extract from the Hong Kong Public Register illustrating Company details available for public viewing and v) an original Government receipt as evidence of payment of annual license fees for Hong Kong Company registration.
